Before you buy — 7 things to check (FAQ)
Seven of the most common pre-purchase questions on one page. For many readers, this page helps more than the product page does.
Q1. How long after payment until I receive it?
The 76-question assessment starts right after payment, and on average about 15 minutes later (including your answering time), the two PDFs (the Life Portfolio Report + the Custom Execution Program) are auto-issued. No queue.
Q2. Refund policy?
- Before the test starts — 100% refund.
- After the test starts — refunds are limited because the result is auto-generated.
The same rule is on the Privacy & refund page. If the facts of a case differ, please email faise@lifeportfolio.co.kr.
Q3. Can children under 14 use this?
Signup carries an “14+ self-declaration” checkbox. Users under 14 require a legal guardian's consent, so the self-signup flow is from age 14 onward. For EU users, GDPR Art. 8 effectively recommends age 16+.
Q4. Can I re-open my report from My Page?
Yes. Both PDFs are kept on My Page permanently, in the language you chose at issue time, and can be re-opened or re-downloaded on desktop or mobile.
Q5. Is there a group / team plan (companies, churches, communities)?
Yes. Email faise@lifeportfolio.co.kr with team size and dates — we'll send a group flow and a team diagnose-and-practice guide. In practice, a city church's leadership team formed 11 project teams off the same assessment, and a young-adult community's season program co-wrote and performed an original track together (release is currently in preparation). A team-level diagnose-and-practice circle runs the same way. (All anonymized.)
Q6. How is my data handled?
Responses, payment records, and issued outputs are handled per the Privacy Policy. Permanent storage on My Page is scoped to your authenticated account, and deletion is supported on request (subject to statutory retention).
Q7. How do I know the result is “accurate”?
The standard for accuracy here is not “scientific absolute truth” — it is “does it get used next week?” In other words, the test is validated by usefulness and repeatability. That is why each result ships with three first actions, a 3-week routine, 3-month check criteria, and a 1-year vision. If those four lines do not connect to your next week's calendar, the tool has failed regardless of any psychometric claim.
The founder has run the same exercise by hand since his university days — keeping mission, vision, identity, strengths, and core values in a Franklin-style planner, and walking through the same process with one person at a time, in person. The validation bar across that long stretch was simple: “Do I still re-open this same booklet next week?” Life Portfolio at $8.99 is that accumulated practice compressed into a single issuance.
The standard for a good tool is not scientific absoluteness, but whether you re-open it next week.
Last line — when we'd suggest not buying
- If you're expecting a single-line “correct answer.”
- If you're unlikely to re-open the PDF later.
- If general advice (“try things”) is what you actually want — a free type test fits better.
If any of those three describe you, this may not be the right moment to pay. The most efficient moment to pay is the one where “I want next week to actually change” is on the table.
