“This one line — did it really come from me?” We reworked your mission & vision

People who receive their report often ask the same thing: “This one line — did it really come from me?” So that we can answer “yes” more clearly, we reworked the one-line mission & vision you receive, and your action program. Here is what changed.

At the very front of your report sit your mission and your vision, each in a single line. This one line is the reference point that lets you ask, in front of any decision, “Is this true to me?” Which is exactly why it has to genuinely come from you. This time, we reworked that one line so it becomes even more yours.

① Instead of fine words, words you can act on tomorrow

The old mission sentences carried phrasing like “from the place of…, with … as your compass.” It reads well, but it never quite tells you what to actually do tomorrow.

So we stripped away the vague literary flourishes and rewrote it with everyday verbs that show what you actually do. Because a mission moves your life only when it is not a framed picture on the wall, but one sentence you can act on tomorrow morning.

② In words drawn from your own answers

Even the same word, ‘growth,’ has a different grain for each person. For one it is ‘the strength to analyze a problem and find a solution,’ for another ‘the strength to connect people.’ Yet when a sentence is filled with pre-written phrasing, two people who answered differently end up with a similar line.

Now we use the answers you chose in the check — the words inside them — as the very material of the sentence. So the grain of your answers stays in the line, just as it was. This is not a courtesy for one person; it is a promise that must hold for all eight billion — your one line must come from your answers, and nowhere else.

③ So it reads smoothly to the very end

No matter how good the content, a single grammatical seam gone wrong makes the sentence suddenly feel foreign — like someone else wrote your own story.

So we tuned it so that however the words combine, the grammar locks together naturally. Whatever you answered, this was the work of making sure your one line reads like your own words, from start to finish.

The next step, too — the action program

Once you know your one line, the next question is “so what do I do tomorrow?” The personalized action program fills that gap, and this time we made the ‘next step’ much clearer.

It used to drift toward generic advice like “just keep at it.” Now, with two phrases — “When this cycle ends” and “For the next cycle” — it sketches the next step tuned to the area and vision you are focused on right now. Not a plan you use once and put away, but a flow that grows a little with each lap.

So you never get stuck on a box you don't understand

Reading the report, there are moments when you wonder, “how am I supposed to read this part?” For those moments, each section now has a small ⓘ icon beside it; tap it and you jump straight to the guide for that part.

This time we added the same guide to the action program — from the overall summary to the 3-week / 3-month / 1-year plans, the action modules, the progress board, the expected effects, the next step, and the risks. Beside whichever box you are curious about, the explanation is right at hand. A small guide rail, so that even on a first read you can move through it without stopping.

In short

What changed

None of this shows up loudly on the screen. But if the one line you receive became a little more truly yours, then we did what we set out to do. Right where you write your answers, so those answers become a blueprint as they are — we will keep refining the parts you cannot see.
